Laura hosted a few classes over the summer, and these events were very popular. She is expanding the class offerings to be a weekly event all through the fall.

Parents can learn tips and tricks to get kids to eat healthy foods. Fee $15
- Woman to Woman. This is a 4 part series focusing on how we as women care for those in our lives. Dates for this series are Sept 14th , Oct 12th, Nov 9th, and Dec 14th, from 7-8 pm. Cost for is Free. Pre-Registration is required due to the limited seating available.
